Experience: 罗汉果水梨饮


罗汉果水梨饮的做法(赶走虚火热燥饮品菜谱

材料:
罗汉果半个水梨一个水两升冰糖少

做法:
梨切条,罗汉果掰碎,放水煮开后小火再煮10钟,加少量冰糖即可。
罗汉果本身带有甜味,而且罗汉果的果糖是没有热量的。
热饮均可,如果梨肉想吃掉就用煲汤袋把罗汉果装起来,不吃就煮好一起过滤掉。
罗汉果的润肺止咳生津通肠降压减肥,水梨同样的滋润加上丰富的维生素和鲜嫩多汁,
双拳出击,赶走虚火热燥。
罗汉果跟任何食物都可以搭配,只是脾胃虚寒者忌



Okay, from what I experience. This is definitely an easy step to make juice. Although with the present of the "Loh Han Guo" it's kinda cover up the taste of the Pearl but if you taste it carefully there actually a little difference than the normal only Loh Han Guo juice.

 Although I'm not so sure about the effect for the juice but since "Loh Han Guo" is famous among the Chinese "Tian Dian"/ Juice . I belief its not a really bad recommendation for the lady... especially to the lazy one (Ps: I am included too ) ... the only troublesome things is to slice the Pearl ad after that all you need to do is dump all the ingredient (Pearl + Loh Han Guo ) and boil it.... when its nearly done add in some sugar and WALAH :D
